Cocktail Ingredients
- 45 ml Bourbon Whiskey
- 15 ml Jamaican Rum
- 10 ml Banana Liqueur
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Lemon zest twist
- Wood chips - Cherry, Apple or Pear
Method
Prepare the vessel
- Chill an Old Fashioned glass.
- Place your Sixpence Alchemy smoker on the empty glass
- Add fruity wood chips and smoke.
- Allow the smoke to rest in the glass for 15–20 seconds.
Compose the cocktail
- Add bourbon, rum, banana liqueur, and bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until chilled and silky smooth.
- Strain over a large ice cube into the smoked glass.
Finish
- Express a lemon zest twist over the surface of the cocktail and place as garnish.
