Smoke Break Cocktail Method
- Add smoke to a glass decanter by adding the cherrywood chips to the chamber of the Sixpence Alchemy Smoke Infuser or Hardwood Cocktail Smoker, then cover the top of the decanter to catch the smoke.
- In a mixing glass, combine the bourbon, cream sherry, vermouth, bitters and ice, and whisk until chilled well.
- Strain contents into the prepared decanter. Cap it to allow the drink to mix with the smoke. Allow sitting until desired smokiness is achieved.
- In a rocks glass with 1 big ice cube, strain the contents.
- Now serve it alongside a plate of dark chocolate and dried black cherries
- And lastly - ENJOY!
