How To Use Your Hardwood Cocktail Smoker
To get started, simply place your cocktail smoker on top of a glass, add a pinch or two of wood chips to the chamber and light for 10 to 15 seconds. How long you leave the smoke in the glass before removing the smoke top to enjoy this new taste sensation, is totally up to you - but try 30 seconds to start. Now you're an expert - up your cocktail game and smoke infuse a Bloody Mary by using the smoker on top of a cocktail shaker then shaking the smoke through the cocktail before serving!

Smoker works very well
Purchased this as a gift for my brother. He is always trying new whiskeys and looking for new flavours. I can’t wait for him to open this up at Christmas. Purchasing an Australian brand was important to me and these were the best by far. The quality is amazing and the process of buying from Sixpence was so easy! We're a small sexy cocktail bar in North Queensland and have had smoked drinks on the menu since we opened nearly 4 years ago. We've been through a few smokers since then, including overseas products and a few home made options. Hands down, this smoker is the best one we've used. From a commercial cocktail bar point of view here's why:
1) Looks sexy af. This matters. Cocktails are fun and sexy so don't mess it up with a lump of wood.
2) Smokes HARD. The wood chip basket size/shape/whatever it is, is perfect. It smokes fast, and the amount of smoke it makes creates awesome photos and pics from our guests for social media
3) It's an Aussie company. I dunno. That matters to us.
4) Nice little bundle of tools and cleaning kit to keep it tip-top.
5) Also, it's priced really really well.
If you're looking for a cocktail smoker as a gift (or for your bar) I can't recommend highly enough to be honest.
