UPDATE - Was contacted by the business because my butane lighter doesn't work and they offered a replacement. I already have one in my shed that works so I got extra woodchips to offset that. I'm not upset at the lighter and their customer service and backing their product is admirable.
Smoker works very well but the butane lighter doesn't. Chips are quite good.
