After assembling your food and drink smoker, follow these instructions:
- Place the stainless disk on top of your glass or cocktail shaker
- Place the hose end into the rubber centre of the disk
- Add a pinch of wood ships to the infuser's chamber
- Light the chamber for 5 - 10 seconds
- Allow the smoke to infuse into the drink for 20 - 30 seconds
- Remove the hose from the disk
- Remove the disk from the drink
- Enjoy your smoky creation
