How to Create a Delicious Smoky Cocktail Using the Sixpence Alchemy Food and Drink Infuser
Once your food and drink smoker has been assembled , follow these simple steps to add a beautiful smoky finish to your cocktail:
- Place the stainless disk on top of your glass or cocktail shaker.
- Insert the end of the infuser hose into the rubber centre of the disk.
- Add a pinch of wood chips to the infuser's chamber.
- Light the chamber for 5 - 10 seconds, allowing smoke to flow into the glass or shaker.
- Let the smoke to infuse into the drink for 20 - 30 seconds.
- Remove the hose from the disk.
- Remove the disk from the drink or shaker.
- Enjoy your smoky creation.
