- Your margin
- A flat 40% off RRP on full-priced products. (Bundle SKUs and already-discounted lines are excluded.)
- Minimum order
- $500 incl GST — that's the invoice total, after your 40% discount is applied. The same minimum applies to reorders.
- Shipping
- Free, Australia-wide. Included in your wholesale pricing — there's no freight line on your invoice.
- Dispatch
- 1–2 business days for in-stock lines. We'll tell you up front if anything is on backorder.
- How ordering works
- Tell us what you'd like, we prepare the order and send an invoice. Once it's settled, we dispatch. No account application, no portal to learn.
- Returns
- 30 days from delivery to report faults for refund or exchange. Evidence of fault required; in some cases the item is returned at your cost.
- Marketing support
- Professionally designed digital collateral and print-ready artwork, free. (We don't supply printed materials.)
- Who we supply
- Bottle shops, homewares and gift retailers, distilleries and cellar doors, BBQ and home-brew stores, venues, and corporate gifting buyers.
The questions buyers actually ask
Answered straight, including the awkward ones.
Will you undercut me on your own website?
We don't put individual products on sale. The RRP on our site is the price you'll be competing with, and we intend to keep it that way — a stockist who gets undercut by their own supplier doesn't reorder.
Two honest exceptions. We run occasional bundle promotions, which are separate SKUs at a combined price rather than a discount on a line you stock. And new email subscribers get a one-time welcome offer on their first order, as most online stores do.
Do I get territory exclusivity?
Not automatically — but we're mindful of proximity, and we'd rather have one stockist doing well in an area than three competing on the same street. If you're concerned about a particular retailer nearby, raise it with us and we'll talk it through honestly before you order.
Different types of business generally aren't competing — a BBQ store and a bottle shop in the same suburb reach different customers.
What if it doesn't sell?
We can't take back stock that simply hasn't moved — but we can stack the odds. Start with the Deluxe Kit, which does the majority of the volume, and add a six-pack of wood chips for the reorder. Put it somewhere it can be demonstrated rather than on a bottom shelf.
We'll send you the collateral and the demo approach that works, free. If it's genuinely not shifting, tell us — that's useful information and we'd rather hear it than lose you quietly.
Why is there a $500 minimum?
Because shipping is free and we'd rather absorb the freight than add it to your invoice. $500 is roughly nine hero kits, or a spread across the range — enough to give the product a real run in-store rather than a token trial.
If that's a stretch for a first order, say so in your enquiry. We'd rather have a conversation than lose a good stockist over an opening quantity.
How do I pay, and do you offer terms?
We prepare your order and send an invoice. Payment settles the invoice and we dispatch. There's no credit application to fill in and no account to set up.
Can I reorder in smaller quantities?
The $500 minimum applies to reorders as well as opening orders. It's what lets us keep shipping free and pricing flat rather than running tiers.
