Sixpence Alchemy Google Review Giveaway - Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1. The promotion is open to legal residents of Australia who are 18 years or older.
1.2. Employees of Sixpence Alchemy, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally associated with this promotion are ineligible.

2. How to Enter

2.1. To participate, entrants must:

• Leave a Google review for Sixpence Alchemy using the provided link:

• Submit a direct link to their review via email to info@sixpencealchemy.com.au
  2.2. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple reviews by the same person will be disqualified.
  2.3. Reviews must be genuine and reflect the customer’s honest experience.
  2.4. Entries that are incomplete, submitted after the giveaway has ended, or do not comply with these terms will not be considered.

3. Winner Selection & Prize

3.1. The first five (5) valid entries received will each win a limited-edition hardwood cocktail smoker valued at $40.
3.2. The order of receipt will be determined based on the timestamp of the entrant’s email submission.
3.3. Winners will be notified via email within 2 business days of their entry being validated.
3.4. If a winner fails to respond within 2 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible entrant.

4. Prize Fulfilment

4.1. Prizes will be shipped to winners at no cost within 5 days of confirmation.
4.2. Sixpence Alchemy is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

5. General Conditions

5.1. By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
5.2. Sixpence Alchemy reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all entries and disqualify any that are fraudulent or in violation of these terms.

5.4. Sixpence Alchemy reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
