1) Information on how to enter & prizes form part of these Terms & Conditions. Any entry not complying with these Terms & Conditions is invalid. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2) Entry is open only to residents of Australia who are 18 years of age and over. Directors, management and employees of the Promoter and its related companies are not eligible to enter this promotion.

3) The promotion opens on Monday, 1 April 2024 and closes on Wednesday, 10 April 2024 at 11.59 pm AEST. ("Promotion Period").

To be eligible for entry, participants must give their opinion by replying to the email. Questions "Do you use the grooves on the underside of your cocktail smoker? Do you like the grooves? Would you prefer no grooves so the smoke can't escape until you remove the smoker”? ("eligible entry"). Multiple entries by each participant will be not permitted.

4) The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

5) Winner will be chosen at random by a judge at Sixpence Alchemy. The winner will be notified by email by Friday, 12 April 2024.

7) Prize is not transferable & cannot be taken as cash. The prize must be taken as described and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as described.

8) Prize values are correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prizes.

9) The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

11) Judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12) The winner agree that the Promoter may use their first name within promotion of the win, without compensation.

13) If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned (whether caused by infection by computer virus, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the promotion), the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

14) Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
