How to Use Your Cocktail Smoker

To get started simply place the smoker on top of a glass, add a pinch of wood chips and burn baby burn - for about 10 to 15 seconds. How long you leave the smoke in the glass, is up to you but start at about 30 seconds. Now you are an expert, up your game and shake the smoke through a Bloody Mary!

I bought this as a gift for my business partner who enjoys making his own specialty small batch rums. He has them on a glorious display in his bar room. Every now and then a bottle comes down from the top shelf for a sampling by us commoners. These drops are good on their own, but after a couple experiments with the different chips, it is amazing how much they can enhance the drink and really transform the flavour profiles.
